Extended Care Program
St. Martin of Tours Parish School families seeking, on-site supervised activity for their children before school (K4 students only) or after school (K4-8th grade students) may use the Extended Care Program.
Extended Care begins at 7:30 a.m. for K4 afternoon student, 10:45 a.m. for K4 morning students, and 2:20 p.m. for grades K5-8. Care is available until 6 p.m.
Faculty and staff members act as caregivers and provide a schedule of activities including: time for homework; reading; videos, games, and either indoor or outdoor recess.

Complete the Extended Care Registration form and retun it to the school office with the $25 registration fee. |
Complete the monthly Extended Care Notification form available from Forms (or as provided in your child's Tuesday folder) indicating the days your child will use the service. Unplanned use of Extended Care is accepted if a written request is sent to the school office no later than the day on which care is desired. |
Use the school main entrance on 116th Street to pick up children from the Extended Care Program located in the room across from the school office. Parents or designated guardians must ring the door bell provided and identify themselves (and the students to be picked up) to the Extended Care staff before they are admitted to the building. |
Complete the sign-out procedure by indicating the time the student is leaving the Extended Care Program. Any fraction of an hour beyond ten minutes is computed at an additional half-hour charge. |
Pay the monthly bill received for use of Extended Care Service. Bills are distributed at the beginning of the month following service. Payment is due upon receipt of the bill. |
