 | St. Martin of Tours Parish School is a self-sustaining institution that has been a continual presence in the community since the mid-19th century. We serve students in grades K4 through 8 with a half-day 4-year kindergarten and an all-day 5-year kindergarten. Admission
St. Martin of Tours Parish School admits families into the school community on the basis of a personal interview with the principal who considers their interest and motivation to be in accord with the principles of the school.
The dignity of every child is respected, and admission will not be denied on the basis of race, color, religion, or ethnicity. We invite you to complete the enrollment process described to join the St. Martin of Tours Parish School community.
Current school year applications are accepted from the end of August through the close of the school year. Next school year applications are accepted as early as the end of January.
Enrollment Process
Complete the Registration Application and submit it with a non-refundable $100 registration fee to the school office. Next request a Release of Records from the school from which the applicant is transferring (if transfer student). Then schedule a visit.
During the school year, applicants are typically invited to visit for a half-day in an age-appropriate learning environment. During the time that school is not in session, you will be offered a tour of the school. Your child may be asked to participate in academic screening during the visit or tour to determine academic readiness.
Enrollment is contingent upon several factors including (but not limited to) available space in the grade to which the student has applied and the likelihood of the student’s ability to achieve academic success at St. Martin of Tours Parish School as determined by the principal and faculty.
While St. Martin of Tours Parish School welcomes all enrollment inquiries, it reserves the right to offer contracts to those students it determines are likely to succeed as enrolled students. Therefore, the acceptance of a completed application and non-refundable registration fee and the scheduling of a visit and academic screening do not guarantee an enrollment contract will be offered.
